5 WEEK AUDITION WORKSHOP AT HOLLY POWELL STUDIOS
Wednesdays, March 27th, April 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th
from 7:00pm-10:30pm
This audition workshop takes the actor through the “Pre-Read” with the Casting Director, the “Callback” for Producers, Reading for Studio Executives, “Testing” at the Network, and the last class discusses the “Business of Acting”. Holly reads with the actors as the Casting Director setting up “mock” auditions that simulate the real audition process. The other actors sit in “acting as” the Producers to experience both sides of the audition. All auditions are on camera and DVD’s are provided.

Holly Powell formed these Audition Workshops after being in the casting world for over 23 years. She worked as an Independent Casting Director, Director of Casting CBS New York, Director of Casting Movies and Mini-Series CBS Los Angeles, and Senior VP of Talent and Casting The Greenblatt Janollari Studio.
